1. The contest shall be called "Spring Fling Wedding Contest", (referred to as "the contest").

 2. The contest will begin April 1, 2008.  The winner will be selected July 31, 2008 at Midnight and posted on the site on August 1, 2008 by 3pm PST.

 3. Contestants must register at vivalasvegasweddings.com to enter "the contest."

 4. Grand prize winner will be selected randomly by the vivalasvegasweddings.com staff.

 5. There is no purchase necessary to enter. Contestants must be 21 years or older.  One entry per registrant.

 6. In case of dispute over world wide web malfunctions, human error, circumstances beyond the control of vivalasvegasweddings.com and/or other mishaps, the decision of vivalasvegasweddings.com management is final.

 7. Winner may not substitute prizes or place a monetary value on item(s) won.  Prize is non-transferable.

 8. Grand prize winner will receive:

 9. Vivalasvegasweddings.com employees and all contest sponsors, and employees of their advertising agencies or representatives, vendors, attorneys, and assigns are not responsible in any way for any defects, malfunctions, or any unforeseen problems with prizes awarded.

 10. Any disputes and questions of defects, malfunctions, or any unforeseen problems with prizes must be taken up with the sponsors responsible for prizes given.

 11. vivalasvegasweddings.com and contest sponsors cannot be held liable for loss incurred in travel. The Winner in accepting this prize, agrees that all risks inherent in travel and their safety and welfare are their sole responsibility and hold vivalasvegasweddings.com and contest sponsors strictly harmless.

 12. vivalasvegasweddings.com and all participating sponsors, their relatives, and employees of their advertising agencies or representatives, vendors, attorneys and assigns and participating sponsors are not eligible to participate or win in the contest.

 13 vivalasvegasweddings.com., their agencies, sponsors, employees and representatives absolve themselves and shall be held harmless from any action or liability arising from any vivalasvegasweddings.com contest, or prizes awarded in any contest.

 14. Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at any time by vivalasvegasweddings.com management, without notice, but will be put in writing and be made available for public inspection.

 15. All entries become property of vivalasvegasweddings.com and all participating sponsors.

16. Multiple entries by the same person will be discarded and may be deemed by vivalasvegasweddings.com management in cause for disqualification, unless otherwise stated.

 17. All contest rules, execution thereof, participation, winning results, dispute of, and any information pertaining to contests are judged by vivalasvegasweddings.com management and staff, and are subject to their decision. The decisions made by Vivalasvegasweddings.com judges are final.

 18. It is the responsibility of the registrant/winner to claim the prize package won by August 1, 2008 by e-mailing  the Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel offices at info@vivalasvegasweddings.com or by calling the chapel at (800) 574-4450 or  (702) 384-0771.  Prizes will be forfeited after this date and time.  The vivalasvegasweddings.com will not contact you, it is your responsibility to claim your prize package!

 19. Winner of contest must reserve a date for the entire prize package at least 15 days prior to requested wedding date.  All prizes are subject to availability.   Winner has one full year starting from July 31, 2008 to use this wedding prize package.

20. By registering for the contest at www.vivalasvegasweddings.com. , I, the registrant, understand and agree to comply with all of these rules.
